At Halo Trove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Contact@halotrove.com or call us at +1 773-872-9965 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely, include all original packaging, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Please include your RAN on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Contact@halotrove.com or +1 773-872-9965.
- For size or color exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
